买YouTube不但不用钱，成交价值还自动膨胀一成

Google并购YouTube拍板定案，Google付出一千五百万美元现金加上签约日当天价值16.5亿美元的Google股票，以昨天的收盘价489.3美元来算的话，不但不用花钱，还让YouTube的投资人多赚了一成，也就是一亿多美元，大约四十亿台币。不过Google决定保留12.5%价值两亿美元的股票一年，为了支付可能的版权争议诉讼费用。
