除了AOL的实时通讯软件AIM推出机器人让网友问问题外，现在内地的一个地图搜寻网站 - Mapbar - 也推出了个MSN的机器人让你问路。在它的网站上，如果你搜寻某个关键词，它会列出一些景点并且把地图也标示出来，例如你可以搜寻北京的东北菜餐馆。
除了Mapbar外，搜狗并购的Go2Map也是中国知名的地图搜寻平台，上面也有各式各样的生活及交通信息，并且在各景点信息窗口里也贩卖广告连结。
